Return
– Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Specifically batteries, or products containing lipo batteries cannot be returned, as well as gift cards, and downloadable items.
To complete your return, please first contact hello@sastekwads.be and submit a return request. Include your order number and reason for retour.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without a return authorization (RMA).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
If an item was missing or damaged upon your receipt, we will replace or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@sastekwads.be.
Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately some sale items and all clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hello@sastekwads.be and we will send you a return authorization with the address to ship the item.
Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
RESPONSIBILITY AND GUARANTEES
Sastekwads is bound by the legal guarantees in force, namely, the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
Without prejudice to any reservations made to the carrier, complaints on apparent defects or non-conformity of the products delivered to the products ordered must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to Sastekwads within five (5) days of receipt of the products or shortly after the discovery of a hidden defect. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide any justification as to the reality of the defects or anomalies observed. He will have to leave it to Sastekwads to proceed to the observation of these defects or anomalies. Any product return must be the subject of an express agreement from Sastekwads and will result in the establishment of a credit note for the benefit of the Customer after qualitative and quantitative verification of the returned products. The costs and risks of the return remain the responsibility of the Customer.
In any event, Sastekwads declines all liability due in particular to:
Normal wear and tear of its products.
Use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended
Damage or accidents resulting from negligence, lack of supervision or maintenance or improper use;
Damage resulting from modifications, additions or repairs to the product;
Damage resulting from a breach of the recommendations for the use of the products mentioned on the product description, and / or specific regulations relating to the products sold.
Malicious acts by Customers or third parties.
Sastekwads cannot be held responsible for damage, temporary or permanent, caused to the Customer’s computer system, nor for any loss or damage that may be suffered, in particular following access to or browsing the Site.
During a warranty process, the customer must ship the product/s to Sastekwads by their means and costs for inspection/service. Subsequently, if it is confirmed that there is a build mistake/failure or part that must be repaired under warranty, Sastekwads will take care about the parts on warranty, repair labor service, and sending it again at no cost to the customer.
If there has been a fault, modification or negligence in the use of the product by the customer, parts, repair labor service and shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Sastekwads will cover any faulty part, labor service and shipping back to customer in case the customer can probe with Blackbox, video, DVR and proper explanation with the supervision and approbal by Sastekwads for the case.
Sastekwads wont cover any extra damage on other parts/gear produced by a faulty part on BNF. Will be covered the part itself on warranty (if applicable) and the labor to replace/repair it, with the testing service included.
For any out-of-warranty repair, the customer must pay the shipping and repair labor cost previously agreed with Sastekwads.
The transmission of data via the Internet may lead to the appearance of errors and / or the fact that the Site is not always available. Consequently, Sastekwads cannot be held responsible for the availability and interruption of the online service.
