NON CUSTOM DRONE PRODUCTS:

If we have not created a shipping label for your order you may request a COA.

Pre-Orders sales are final no order cancellations will be allowed.

Any transaction fees will be deducted from refunds as we are unable to recoup these once transactions process. 

CUSTOM DRONES:

We strive to meet the high demand of our business an densure that we process orders as soon as custom drones are ordered.  This often means we must purchase and secure products quickly to fufill orders and therefore cancellation of custom drone orders must be done within 1 hour of transaction is complete in order for us to refund the purchase amount MINUS any transaction fees associated with the order. 

If you would like to cancel after 1 hour from purchase completion there will be up to a 25% non refundable charge to cover our expenses and any items we secured for the order to be prepared.   Any transaction fees assoicated with the order will also be deducted from the refund.
